How to book an appointment
- Click the Book now button below. You will be taken to an external website, called Medeo Health.
- Login or register in Medeo Health if you not yet have an account.
- Please kindly select the appropriate appointment type for your child as follows:
- Well baby visits 18 month old or under (in person)
- Annual check up 2 year old or above (in person)
- Developmental/behavioural/parenting concerns (in person)
- Acute sick visits (sick round) (in person)

Please select a time slot under the appropriate category to avoid confusion.

Please include your child's name, date of birth, and the reason of the appointment with your request.

You will receive an email notification to tell you whether the appointment is accepted or rejected.
